Im no NFL expert but if Tanard practiced yesterday and Bradford got cut today then how is that making room for Tanard? I think we're bringing in another RB.

Jackson was on a list that allowed him to practice but not play, now he can play.

And as of right now (with Jackson on, Bradford off) the roster is at 53, so if they're going to add a guy they have to cut someone else.
