It took Raheem Morris to pull it off, but about 15 years of dignity have come to an end.

The "rebuilding" and "yungry" excuses don't fly.   Every year in the NFC South, the last place team ALWAYS won the division the following year - until Raheem's Bucs came in last in 2009 and did not win the division in 2010.     The Falcons were so low after that fiasco with Vick that everyone thought they would stink for years.   Instead, they rebuilt immediately with a rookie QB in Matt Ryan and some free agents and went to the playoffs.   This rebuilding farce using only the draft to build the team that the Bucs are trying to push on the Bucs fans is an embarrassment.

But sadly many of his points are true. All that money to spend and not spending it? A predictable turn of events. One more LB, a good second RB, a little more Oline depth... Could have easily upgraded at CB.... But no. Just the punter. And it's a good thing cos he's getting a lot of work.

We all know this what's the point of being the only guy saying it and saying it. I'm not an idiot I watch every game and read every post article audio clip video clip . Why do we need someone to point out the obvious just to be negative . What is it going to change?

All this java guy does is whine and moan, why are you even on this board?  Why not spend your time somewhere else instead of just **CENSORED**ing all day?  The Bucs might not be doing great, and the owners suck and our players are dumb thugs but I still love the Bucs and I always will.  Im gonna root for them, I just will not support them financially until they prove to me they are about winning.  Until then I'll just hope they grow up and we get SOME ONE FAST FROM ANYWHERE!  If the guy that washes their uniforms can run a 4.3 GET HIM ON THE TEAM!  How are we the youngest team in the league but also the slowest?  Do we have some kind of rule against speed?  Either way I will continue to cheer them on instead of **CENSORED** constantly.

Good point, but I was willing to give Raheem the benefit of a doubt and give him the full 3 years.   Gruden NEVER went 3 years without making the playoffs and he would have made the playoffs in 2010 given how weak that schedule was.   This current team is a joke.

It will continue until Raheem is replaced.   4 years in a row with no playoffs is unacceptable.   (Although I'll only consider it 3 since that's all Raheem has been there - still unacceptable).

Good point, but I was willing to give Raheem the benefit of a doubt and give him the full 3 years.   Gruden NEVER went 3 years without making the playoffs and he would have made the playoffs in 2010 given how weak that schedule was.   This current team is a joke.

Just goes to show you how Gruden took over a Super Bowl team and left it full of crap. The best player Raheem inherited was Tanard Jackson on defense and Savings Joseph on offense, yeah what a great coach!!
