I want to see if opinions have changed.  Last week it was around 55% for firing him, 45% for keeping him.

End of season? I want him gone after this game. I've been a big supporter of his but after this rubbish today, I want him and Olson to be packing their cars with boxes from their offices.

Why wait the year just forfeit the next games till the end of the season and get a head start with your search for a decent coaching staff.

How many times did I say during the season that we weren't going to contain Cam when it came time to face the Panthers?

It was my biggest worry (if Tampa would've been close to Playoffs) this season.

I understand the anger, but really, where is the surprise?   We knew that Carolina would almost score at will on this Defense.   The fact that we can't seem to do more than make Fieldgoals speaks for itself.

Whom ever really built into the "build only though the draft" should be laughed out of 1Buc.   We have never drafted better than the rest of the league.....we have no veteran leadership on this team....few players are progressing...we have a "trial period" HC and GM.

Bring in the best GM you can find.   Hire a new HC.   And hope the Glazer boys will spend some money for some veteran leadership and talent.

If you fire him now you have the double whammy of trying to get an Interim HC and DC. On the flip side, it will let the players know, good and bad, that they are fighting for their roster spots and need some good film between now and the end of the season.

To be honest, nothing is really gained by firing him now or a few hours after the last game. I can't recall any new staffs that were fired before the season ended anyways.
