If you are against another re-building year, what are you expecting next year if the Bucs keep Morris?

.....just my opinion

To start with - is there any question rebuilding is now a continuing process with the group of players and coaches we have.  So I don't even know if there is a downside to Raheem's fate.  Secondly, it would surely be a shorter rebuilding if the leader of the effort had a better idea of what is needed - from his role as leader down to talent selection.

Gruden was fired for mediocrity, and so was Fisher.

Morris...not defending him, but a fourth year would be hard to defend right now.  Gotta see how the rest of the season plays out.

Gruden was fired for mediocrity

in  A LOT of areas, not just record and some arguably beyond his control.  Not only had the team dwindled to mediocrity, but it was also loaded with a BUNCH of aging veterans and Gruden's approach for changing things was not aligned with the owners.

I am not defending Morris either, if they make a change so be it, but if we are going to summon the name of Gruden for purposes of a comparison you have to do TWO things.  First, be accurate about Gruden's entire record as it relates to his demise.  Second, acknowledge that there is really no comparison between the situations that both coaches found themselves in at the begining of their tenures. The situations are so different that its like comparing a goldfish to a leather couch. Gruden took over a playoff team with a dominant defense loaded with HOFers and ProBowlers.  Morris took over the tear down of those players when they were old and sucked. Not saying one is better than the other, just so different that they are . . . well . .  goldfish to leather couch

Let\\\\\\\'s Go Bucs!!

Both coaches were fired because the owners determined the players quit playing for them.

Lol..I cant believe I just wasted time reading through the 4 pages of this...awesome read.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.

The way they have been playing I thought the story was going to be Dominik spotted at halftime.....trying to sneak Jim Bates out of the coaches box........

i was gonna do a long response but figured it was pointless...because i dont know the plan.  cant defend something i have no idea on.

Ashen? Wtf is that?
A state of complete shock and disbelief.....what someone looks like when they've witnessed something godawful like a 747 airliner crashing into earth, or the World Trade Center collapsing, or a when a $1 billion dollar sports franchise like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are crashing and burning.

Time for Dominik to step up and speak toward the state of the Bucs before season ticket holders dwindle to under 20k.

MD is not allowed to speak out unless he is authorized by ownership.
