wow.  would like to hear some reasoning behind this.  supposedly Muschamp found out about it today on his way to a GatorBowl PC.  i had high hopes for weis at UF...definitely odd.

is it too early to start banging the drum for Kerwin?

Kelly is in his second season there, how can we judge him yet?

I always thought UF hiring Weis was odd to begin with.  A guy with his resume doesn't aspire to be a college OC.  You had to know that a guy like him was just biding his time for a better deal.  Although I'm not sure taking on a rebuilding gig at a terrible football program like Kansas was a wise choice for Weis either.

the pressure should be a lot less intense than it was at ND.  He must have liked living in Kansas.  Personally I think he's a better fit for the NFL but we shall see what he does there,.

I think the days of ND being an elite college program are over yet too many of their backers are in denial about it.  We'll see how Kelly does but I'm expecting similar results.

I think ND is overrated, but its unfair to judge Kelly after only being there 2 years.

I was really hoping when I saw the scroll "Charlie Weis leaving UF for ..." that it would be OC job in Tampa.

Oh well had hopes for about 3 seconds there
