why let him finish?  what good could that accomplish? We might as well can him now and start our search immediately rather than wait a few more weeks.

Hopefully they don't wait till late in the offseason when no coordinators are available any more like after Gruden.

Agreed.   Fire Heemy right now so the best available coaches will know for sure there is an opening in Tampa and they can start making the appropriate connections.

I would not have a problem firing him immediately. If they do let him finish the season They better fire him the day the Season ends. I wouldn't have a problem with that either. Would hate for these young players to go crazy and get arrested or something with added turmoil.

Greg Olson is handed the team the last 3 games and somehow wins all three leading to his fulltime hiring at HC.
Then a 3-13 season next year.
