Honestly, I would not have even imagined that they did not have it already.

Yay. The county has been paying for all of the upgrades and upkeep in the Glazers free stadium. I wonder if the Glazers dug deep into their pockets for this minimal upgrade? If so, then surely this sweeps away all fan hostility of being cheap for 7 + seasons.

Its not limited to the club. I got the email about it for the Panthers' game.

Many of our Season Pass Members have expressed a strong desire for Wi-Fi capabilities within Raymond James Stadium (RJS) to improve their smart phone and/or tablet connectivity.  We are excited to announce our initial installation is complete and we are moving quickly to fully enable the entire stadium.  However, before we roll it out to everyone, we would like to start with our most valued members.  We desire to provide the optimal user experience so we created a “Beta Test” group for this Sunday during the Bucs/Panthers game. We invite you to be the first to experience and provide your valuable input.
 
To participate, please follow the steps below after entering RJS:
1.       Enable your smart device to search for Wi-Fi
2.       Find the Wi-Fi network name, “BucsWiFi”
3.       Enter password “-----------”
4.       Launch your web browser
5.       Search web browser for speed and connectivity strength
6.       Check mobile application connectivity by launching the Free Buccaneers’ Official Mobile App for live streaming video and play-by-play coverage only available inside RJS
We will ask for your feedback regarding your Wi-Fi experience, so please look forward to an email survey immediately following the game.  Our ultimate goal is to identify ways we can improve your game day experience and better serve you.  Thank you for your time, consideration and partnership in this new endeavor.
