fosters misses tackles because he attacks and hasnt learned how to fend off blockers and control gaps.  ruud makes tackles because he stays back and acts as a safety valve.

In the long run Foster will be better than Ruud but you expected some growing pains from Foster being a rookie. Ruud didn't even start until his third year in the league. Also I thought I saw a hold on that last running play but what do I know I am just a casual fan. One thing I do know Tanard better learn how to tackle this off season or I might just lose faith in the guy.
