While speculation swirls about Raheem Morris' future, Bucs will consider hiring a defensive coordinator that would lighten Morris' load.



This is what some have been speculating.  The worry is that hiring a DC would be too little too late for the culture of this team.

Agree I guess. A new regime would make me and many other fans happy though. Just hope the glazers still care about the fans.

A new DC is a must regardless of who returns as a HC next year.  Positive sign IMO.

You know why a new DC is a must?   Because Raheem doesn't know enough about football to be a decent DC.   He incapable of being a head coach as well.
