Norv develops QB's Marty's offenses are where QB's go to die. If you want Freeman to have the best shot to become something, whatever that upside he has is, his best shot is with Norv not Marty.

marty would be a great hire and he wouldnt cost cowher type money.He has a proven record and i would much rather be in the playoffs and winning division titles than being blown out and embarassed every week
