Hiring a DIII TEs coach would probably be an upgrade over what is going on here, so thats not saying much.

Marty Ball isn't just "pound the rock". It's get ultra conservative when you have even the slightest lead which inevitably costs you wins and prevents you from winning much in the playoffs.

This is who I'd pick up; a quick walk to see how he's doing though.  I remember him a year or two ago saying, "hey, I'm a healthy older guy".  I've seen healthy older guys.  Marty can do it if still healthy.   I actually have felt like posting this; i just know that I don't have the ears of the Glazers; i'm just waiting for these guys to hang themselves!

If they hire Marty, he would open the 2012 season as a young 69 years old.    Going from the team with the youngest head coach to the team with the oldest one.  LOL!    However, I do believe that Marty is still Youngry.
