Nice bump!

I'd say the ONLY potential difference is "Schiano has a chance to be here for 8 years", if everything goes extremely well.


Other than that, team philosophy appears to be the same, on paper.  (That WOULD be awesome if Marty had THESE GUYS to work with...)
