How is a decade a good sample size when Roethlisberger and Brady between the two of them have won five super bowls a.k.a half the decade tied up between only two QB's?

Find me a super bowl winning QB that had a losing record in college. Simple task.

Collegiate Winning records don't matter much at the pro level.  Or else Josh Johnson would be a pro bowler by now.
Tell me the last Super Bowl winning QB to have a losing record in college. None this decade.

That correlation has no merit if you look at 30 years of QB that have played in a Super Bowl at the NFL level.
still waiting for a name of one who had a losing record in college.

First off, in the last decade there isn't a wide variety of teams that won the superbowl. A couple for the steelers, a few for the patriots and a few single superbowl wins, so you are really narrowing the the requirements for this qb you want provided to you. However, to throw out names form the past John Elway would be the first.

You made the claim, so you provide the evidence.

As interesting as an idea it is, I dont see the Bucs drafting him. If anything they will take offers for teams to trade up for him. The Bucs may be better off getting Oline, RB, WR, LB, or CB at 1.

I hope RG3 enters the 2013 draft honestly.

We will be picking top 1 or 2 with Freeman as the Bucs starting QB. That fat sack of dog poop is a loser.

It's Elway 14 years ago. So out of 14 years, 1 had a losing record. Elway also happened to own nearly every Pac10 record there was and lead the nation in touchdowns. Freeman was the 12th rated QB in a 12 man conference.

3 years as a starter, 2 under .500, 2 with more INTs than TDs, was mediocre in college, is mediocre in the pros. I'm sorry, but it's time to move on. Hell, Griffin may not even come out and if he doesn't, give Josh one more year to see what he is, draft a Kellen Moore in the 4th or 5th round to challenge him since there's no way JJ comes back to a team that's called him a "career backup" (Donald Penn, Davin Joseph, Mike Williams, and K2 seem to disagree with that).

Josh has never been a star. Last year was an anomaly.

Josh Freeman gets 2+ years as the starter.

If Mark Sanchez is still a starting QB in this league, you better get used to seeing Freeman around.

Sanchez has improve statistically in yards, TDs, and QB rating every year.

It went from 63 to 77 to 82 before today. That's a steady improvement. Oh, and his playoff numbers are quite good.

did you miss this? If you are basing success completely on Super Bowl wins, your entire arguement is a little flawed, plenty of great QBs never won a super bowl. If you think that Mark Sanhez is better than Freeman, you have lost all credability.

Heck at that rate! By the sixth year of his career he will finish with a QB rating that is slightly below the rating of Freeman's last year
