In preparation for next week's (fingers crossed) firing of Raheem Morris, this is the first vote.  The top 25 names that have been put out by various board members are included.  Only coaches that get a decent amount of votes will make it to the next poll (at least half should be eliminated).

Note:
1) Sorted by offensive/defensive minded and then alphabetically.
2) You can vote for up to THREE choices.
3) Bill Cowher is not included; I think it's an extreme longshot that will attract too many votes.
4) A popular write-in vote will be included in the next poll.

Voted but I'm honestly unsure of what exactly I would like to happen as far as HC. I want a hard ass but someone who is also going to be very good with Freeman and the offense. I think we need a DC to only be a DC and focus on all this young talent we have to get them playing as they should be. We've invested a lot on the defensive side and we need to pull it together.

Too many options on your list- top votegetter will get about 15%.... yawn.

That is an underwhelming list. The few up and comers I'm not certain about and the rest are been-there-seen-that guys. Nice list of coordinators.

True, but there aren't a handful of consensus picks.  Posts are all over the place, so I wanted to narrow it down by votes.

Those are all the [non-crazy] names that I've seen thrown out there, for about 6 weeks now.

Why are Bill Cowher, Tony Dungy and Jon Gruden not on that list?

because there's not a chance in hell that any of those three will even consider taking the job

I agree and I highly doubt Jay Gruden will either. I also doubt Les Miles will go to the NFL unless it is for much more money (over $5 mill) than he gets now.

those three could have their pick of jobs - and the lowly Buccaneers along with their cheapass owners would be their last choice, if they even decided to return to football.
