I agree, Pat Benatar is my favorite female rocker from those days.  Her songs were very much rock anthems IMO.  Still love hearing them today.  I actually didn't know anything about the Runaways when I was a kid but did of course know of Joan Jett and Lita Ford in later years.  I rented the movie and liked it so much that I bought it, but then I really enjoy things that deal with music history especially as it related to music that I'm particularly interested in.
