Listening to 620 wade they discussed Rich Bisaccia as head coach and find him OC and a DC. Never thought about it but like Ryan nece said he is a great motivator and relates well with players on both sides of the ball. Never thought of giving a special teams coach the keys to the car but I've always liked him

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

Oooooh hadn't even crossed my mind. That certainly wouldn't be the worst choice...if the Glazers wanted him as a head coach, though, I think they would've done it after they fired Gruden.

They snubbed him by not even giving him a thought before they hired the last guy. There's no way he would work for the Glazerhouses again.

Yeah, it says he took the same money out of principle.

But if the Bucs want to offer him MORE principle, he will come back.  It was all about money (thus an upward move) to begin with.

For the record, I do not want him back as the HC of the Bucs.  the Bucs need a bonafide HC,  not another low priced bargain big attempt at restoring order in the chaos that is currently the BUcs 53.

No thanks.

The description of what he would bring as a HC sounds just like Raheem.

Hoping the Iggles fire Andy Reid.  Would love him here.
