The question of this thread isn't who do you want or not want, not who you prefer or your top three picks, but rather this thread is: who does your GUT tell you the Bucs are going to hire as the new Head Coach, and would you be okay with that hiring? And it's perfectly alright to say "I Don't Know, Someone Else" if your gut tells you they're going to hire a lesser known guy, someone whose name hasn't even been brought up in these forums.

I'll start. My answer to the question is not based on information I have, this is a GUT prediction only!

My gut says the new head coach of the Bucs will be: Brian Billick, and I'd be okay with it.

Based on his familiarity with the Bucs (analyst for several games this year) and his apparent interest in returning to the sidelines, I'd say Billick as well. Glazers know they need someone that projects stability and discipline and he'd be a good choice for those reasons. I am very cool with this idea and would like this to happen soon so he can have first dibs at complimentary staff.

That covers both my gut and personal preference in one shot.

My gut and who i want are also Billick. Ive just had a feeling that Billick is the guy for awhile. i was thinking this back when he announced a few of the bucs games last year. the way he talked about the team just made me think hed be a good fit if Raheem ever left.

Rod Marinelli. Will work cheap, will not demand any money be spent on Free agents and has some Buccaneer blood lines.

Mike Sherman.  He and Dominik have the same agent, so I can see that being an inside track to the job.  I wouldn't be thrilled with the pick, but I would need to see his OC/DC picks before I completely bash the idea of him coaching here.  I'm just more interested in seeing actual OCs and DCs for this team instead of the Head Coach doing double duty, like we've seen the past 10 years.

My gut says, unfortunately , not Jeff Fisher. I would welcome Billick.
