My gut says Shottenheimer (son not dad). Also, I do not think any of these names we are hearing: Fisher, Sherman or Tressel are candidates, rather they are just pundit guesses. With the bucs GM and owners, we will not hear who they are considering until the person is spotted leaving One Buc. .

Mike Zimmer!!!! ...nah, but I can dream...

Bruce Arians.  He's a piece of an organization they so want to become.

Mike Sherman.  He and Dominik have the same agent, so I can see that being an inside track to the job.  I wouldn't be thrilled with the pick, but I would need to see his OC/DC picks before I completely bash the idea of him coaching here.  I'm just more interested in seeing actual OCs and DCs for this team instead of the Head Coach doing double duty, like we've seen the past 10 years.

Well you know thats the cheapest way to do it.

Lovie Smith (If he is Fired)
And I would be more than ok with it. (Especially if he brough Rod Marinelli with him as Defensive Coordinator)

Discussing Draft Needs (and Wants) before finding out how active the Bucs are in Free Agency is an Exercise in Futility. And I\'ve gotten one hell of a workout....

After hearing them tell the NFL that they're done playing in London, I think the Glazers wanna try and assure the fan base they're intent on winning. Hiring a big named coach might do the trick. So, yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with you and say Billick. I'd be more than okay with it.

Gut: "Perry Fewell"

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.

My gut feeling is it will be either Brian Billick or Mike Mularkey...

Billick is my guess.

Recognizable name to sell tickets... check.
Superbowl winner to command respect in the lockeroom... check.
Offensive coach to help Freeman... check (yeah I know the Ravens won with D but his track record is impressive when he has a QB)
Can attract quality asst coaches... check.
Wants to be here... check.

Tampa Trynna win!!
