Mike Martz.

It is a passing league now.  Martz wouldn't tolerate players not being assignment sound or having drops.  They would be benched or cut and he would play only the players that understand his scheme.  Defensively, he prefers having defenses that feature lots of zones and speed which the Bucs have personnel for.

It's logical...   just not sure he's a good fit.
