Exactly. I'd say most of the time he did the best with what he had, but from the Jacksonville game on, he and everyone else looked defeated. But to say he did a horrible job is an idiotic thing to say about a coach that won ten games in a season with essentially the same roster. The problem with having an untalented team is that you can get by with smoke and mirrors for awhile, but sooner or later, people catch on, and untalented teams can't adapt. If they could, the smoke and mirrors wouldn't have been necessary to begin with.
