Freeman had an entire season where he threw 25TDs versus 6INTs. He also had several games this year where he played very well. The Packers game especially. Flynn has played well in exactly one game.

Your plan makes no sense.

I was indifferent to freeman but i saw the potential in 2010 so it looks like this year will be the make or break for him. I knoe its ur plan but i dont see any chance of free goin anywhere this offseason

I agree with you.  As you said, it's what I would do and what I think the Bucs should do.  I don't think they're smart enough to do it though.

Haha just because they won't do your plan doesn't mean they aren't smart enough to.

With respect to Freeman, yes.  Freeman was a bad pick, is a bad player, and won't ever be worth the investment.  Honestly, I believe that if they bring in a defensive minded coach, Freeman's tenure here will be much shorter than if they bring in an offensive minded coach.  At worst, we'll be drafting a 1st rd QB in 2013.

Freeman had an entire season where he threw 16 TD's versus 22 INT's.  He also had several games this year where he played very poorly. The Titans game especially.  "Flynn has played well in exactly one game." <-- understatement of the year.  The Green Bay Packers have Bart Starr, Brett Favre, and Aaron Rodgers in their legacy, and Matt Flynn has the greatest game EVER PLAYED and he "played well".  HAHAHAHA!!!!  For the record, Matt Flynn was 24-37 with 251 yards / 3 Td's and a pick against NE last year (a 100.2 Rating). So I guess he "played well" in exactly 2 games.

No, Matt Flynn will not be the greatest QB ever, but he WILL be better than Josh Freeman.  Going into the 2013 season, Matt Flynn will be a starter... Josh Freeman will be a backup.  <--- Feel free to save that quote.

Flynn was throwing to Driver, Jennings, Nelson, and Finley.

Freeman was throwing to Williams, Benn, Briscoe and K2.

Well sort of, but not really.  My point is that in 2013, somewhere in the NFL Flynn will be a starter and Freeman will not.  What teams they are on is irrelavant.

Trade Freeman in favor of Flynn?  Talk about the "flavor of the month" approach

No, a pair of 2nd round pick's.  A 2nd rounder this year and a 2nd rounder next year.

I'd trade Freeman in favor of almost anyone.  Flynn just happens to be the most available.

I like this plan, but here's what I would do differently.

I would change Josh Johnson's position to kicker so that I could resign him really cheap, then I would make him a quarterback again after resigning him. After that, I would take control of the Indianapolis colts and trade Josh Johnson for their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round pick. I would than save my game. Simulate all the way to the off-season to see the actual ratings of all the rookies and then reload my game after jotting down which were the best so I could back and draft the better ones.

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"
