Just received a text from my friend who says that the Bucs were actually considering Philbin but now it appears that Sherman is back in the conversation. Take it for what its worth. Personally, I don't like Sherman.

Yes I heard similar rumblings that the Bucs were all jazzed about Philbin.  But Ross wanted a quick decision from Ireland and Peterson so they rolled with Philbin, so they made a quick press for his services.

I am not hearing any rumblings about Sherman being back in the driver's seat for HC but Pat Y and Jason LaCanfora have stuck with the Sherman pick for a while.

I think he is referencing the other thread when nprbuc guy, I think he said he was painter, that said it would be Cowher.

Yep, it was NPRBUC... The guy who said he was told by one working at OBP while painting his house... He was sworn to secrecy. Sounds like a common situation, in which some random painter gets granted information... RIGHT

If they are going to end up with Sherman. I will be fired up they put on this joke of a process and missed out on some good coordinators.  If this does happen the Glazers should consider a complete house cleaning at OBP.

What it sounds like is Sherman is the least favorite of the favorites which is good. The question is who  else is in the conversation?

I think we all knew Sherman was high on the Bums radar.

Personally, I'd prefer Schotty over Sherman but what the hell do I know!
