Man, let's hope Greg Robinson is a DC candidate, not HC haha.  We know we aren't getting Dungy, Gruden, and likely not Cowher. So if it isn't another big time college coach (or really chip still haha) it has to be someone who is not that big of a name.

Well, it's possible it could be someone who they thought (or who they had been told) was unattainable before but has rung them up knowing that they still need a HC. Many of the talking heads are based out of NY.

Cowher or Jimmy Johnson would fit into that mold. I'd rather have Schott than Jimmy though...

The former Syracuse Coach?  He was the worst coach they ever had.  I know he did some stints with NFL teams, and he was a DC (I think) at Michigan. He is absolutely abysmal.  If they hire him to do anything, it had better be to work the gate.  He probably couldn't do that properly.

LSU losing that game was abnormal for them.

The loss was unusual.  An incompetent game plan, poor decisions from the sideline, and overall lack of player enthusiasm has been pretty common at LSU.  The Tigers win the talent war 90% of the time that they take the field, and I'm convinced that Saban could coach their bench players to a bowl game in the SEC.
