The guy won three games in his first two seasons.  Four years later he went 11-2, and has had one losing season since.  At Rutgers.  Name me some big time prep players that are dying to go to Rutgers.

Recently they had Ray Rice and Kenny Britt.   Those are pretty solid talents.

Schiano looks like a candidate that will stick with the "plan".
