Bucs have to spend something in FA this year. I can't imagine them sitting on the check book this year. We have so many holes that the draft can't fix. Plus we are so far under the salary cap theres no way they could sign enough to cover it in  2013.

The Pittsburg Post Gazette reports, "Defensive assistant Jerry Olsavsky is interviewing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to become linebackers coach"

The article I found is dead, but multiple reports are out about him interviewing for Linebackers Coach position.

The coordinators will tell us a lot more about who we'll be than Schiano will. He wasn't hired for his schemes like a Martz of a Ryan would have been. He was hired for organizational skill and disicipline so those coordinators will be big in terms of trying to "see" the future.

Looks like Butler might be the Strength & Conditioning coach, only a rumor at this point however.
