Like dtg has said in another thread, Schiano is very hands on. Whoever he hires as coordinators will carry out what Schiano wants done and will mostly be teachers first.

This is a good hire regardless of his title. I like the idea of having Davis and Raye bring up the experience level if they can be leaders on each side of the ball. That's if they find coordinators that will accept their leadership that its.
