I'd disagree, Spence could be one of the best OLB in a 3-4 scheme while Bradham one of the best 4-3 OLB's

Yeah they COULD. But Spence is FAR from a prototypical 3-4 OLB. Not much of a pass rusher.

id be shocked if a 3-4 team took spence. hes not really big enough to play any of the linebacker positions. maybe as a 3rd down pass rusher but hes not quite big enough to play in the middle and about 30 pounds to light to play outside and rush the passer on every down

he is much better suited to playing 4-3 will

Steelers OLB, James Harrison, is undersized an was undrafted. Now he's the star of that LB unit

Spence is nowhere near as strong as Harrison though. Harrison is a monster in the weight room and one of the strongest linebackers out there.
