He has coached Chad Jones, Patrick Peterson, Morris Claiborne, and likely future first rounder Tyran Mathieu.....gotta say I am impressed.

Started off with Butch Davis and all the talents hes produced for the NFL...

Then we get the OL Coach from Wisconsin...

Now the DB Coach from LSU...

CAN I GET A HELL YEA?!?!
HELL YEA!!!

\\\\\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\\\\\"

Very good hire. If Tyrann Matthieu declares next year, there will probably be 3 straight LSU CBs drafted in the top 10.

Not sure if I'm more impressed by this hire or Bob Bostad.

He's way too small to go that high

Guy has been a DC and a HC as well as a really good DB coach. If he's on board, I'm liking it.

Me too. Coaching staff shaping up nicely.

Hopefully they are bunkering in.

One of the other things about every new guy on the staff (with the possible exception of Davis) is that I'm told they're all really hard workers. They're wasting no time, they're getting to work as soon as they get their feet on the pavement in Tampa.

Considering the age of our team I am on board with these positional hires, Should make for good teachers for players that spent the last 3 years forgetting how to play.

Our staff is so embarrassing!

Was that supposed to be in blue font?

With all the negativity on the boards, I'm not sure.

If so, then yes
