the ravens were a missed chip shot away from going this last season.  it's a formula that can work.

Not the kind I want to copy though.  Going into every season you know that team has a limit on how far it can go because of the QB.  Flacco is a mediocre QB who doesn't have the talent to put that team over the top.  Until that happens, they'll continue to fall short.

Nicks or Grubbs in FA and Riley Reiff in the first would go a LONG way to helping our offense improve this year.

Let's fix our defense and offensive line in FA, then draft Blackmon in the first, Fleener or Martin in the second and finally Pead or Joe Adams in the third. Third round determined by what we take in the second. My preference would be Fleener and then Pead.
