People in the sports world here in Austin rave about this guys positive attitude and leadership...his ability as a NFL RB.....not at all. Not even worth picking up as an UFA.

I have seen every game the guy has played and I definitely think he has nfl ability.  He has been the best offensive player for texas the past two years.  His knee injury and inability to work out will hurt his draft stock, but I have posted before that I think he is a sleeper and I like him better than a lot of the rbs with 2nd and 3rd round grades.  Because ricky williams and cedric benson were disappointing high draft picks, people tend to undervalue texas rbs, but charles is an excellent pro as was priest holmes who didn't start at texas.  He is versatile, more of a change of pace guy but has enough meat to run between the tackles, and he is an excellent kick returner.
