Benn doesn't have much special teams value like Stroughter or Parker.  Briscoe is his competition and he doesn't edge him out overall.

True. But Blackmon would just create nightmare matchups.

I'd rather address most any other position, even RB, C, or RT, than another WR. Jackson will elevate the play of the guys we already have. As a rookie, Blackmon is not likely to outperform any of them IMO. There are still too many needs to go BPA at a position of strength.
