maybe he meant Jeff Faine now that he is a free agent?  :D

Nope, it wasn't a Guard he was referring too... Here is the quote:

"They added Carl Nicks the best guard and maybe second best offensive lineman on the free agent market"

He must be confused and there isn't a Tackle or Center that is an UFA that is better than Nicks
