However, I am sure its a different story over the phone
if I am wrong with my prediction feel free to bump this and call me out but I am fairly confident I am not. and IMO the financially prudent move would have been to draft the inside CB in round 2-3 instead of the pricey FA. That is in addition to taking Claiborne #5. So we would still be adding 2 CBs to the roster.
I'm over Lofton. Really don't want us to sign him. He isn't very good in coverage in the first place, but he looks like an ass now and I'm not interested in greedy players that think they are worth twice as much as they really are. Give me Tulloch for $5M and be done with it.
How was Wright brought in to be the third corner?
Quote from: Legend on March 16, 2012, 02:33:42 AMNo one except maybe the Raiders would give him more money than Patrick Willis makes.is Eric Wright worth more than Patrick Willis? cause we paid him like he is.

so Willis averages $7 mil a year(7 yr/$50 mil) and Wright is making $7.5 mil these next two years. sure a half mil is a big difference to working class guys like us but in their income bracket I guess I wouldnt say its that big of a difference.
thanks BucDThat should settle it that we aren't even talking to Lofton anymore
