Wow, I'm not terrible worried about it. He seems to know his way around a football field well.

If he's that dumb, yeah it matters. The interviews will include a white board talk I assume so the team can see if he's smart enough to understand the game or if LSU just told him cover 82 and that was as far as he had to "understand" the defense.
