I got to breifly meet with Schiano at the tour of OBP and I must say he oozes confidence and they way he carries himself makes it hard not to respect him immediately. I dont often come across people like that and Im always impressed when I do. I havent met too many coaches/athletes like that.

I'm excited to see how our young dline play under Schiano. They are full of talent and have had a little experience now. Now just need to put the work in and hope the new coaches make a difference with them.

There was about 15 of us on the tour and he talked to the group for about 5-10mins and then we all got pics with him. After the tour, they had the pics in frames with gift bags waiting for us. Gave my son a Bucs football as well. He mostly talked about accountability. He also mentioned that athletes are role models if they want to be or not and they have a responsibility to be one for being gifted the ability to play at this level. Said success wouldnt happen overnight but wants it to come quickly....and some other stuff I dont remember well enough to accurately portray what he was saying. lol.
