If you look at the core of players the Bucs have (Freeman, Jackson, Martin, Blount, and even Winslow) on offensive, the Bucs don't look like a cellar team. If Freeman plays anywhere near the way he did in 2010, they should be pretty damn good. Freeman didn't have a lot to work with last season - this year he does.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.
Gruden is better than pretty much anyone out there.
