I'm not seeing where he's at fault other than choice of women. Is having bad taste a punishable offense in the NFL now? LOL!

Anytime a girl you're dating is on "Basketball Wives" or "Real Housewives" or "Bad Girls Club", you've shown poor judgement.

And thats a distraction thats not going away.

If he is simply getting married, and thats why he missed camp. Ok. If its something less than that, like a vacation or something..

Tanard fathered a kid with a porn star but I don't think that had any direct bearing on him being released last week....this information coming out on Briscoe shouldn't either unless it has a direct impact on why he didn't show for practice.

Hate, the guy has been a relatively quiet, unassuming player on this team. He's obviously going through some issues (gold digging basketball wife GF for example). Instead of supporting the guy, y'all want him cut? Dude had 6 TDs last season! People support Talib even though he's been a major headache, but we're cutting Dez because he has some some issues?

It's crazy because I remember people being upset at Winslow for missing workouts years ago when his wife's autistic brother was missing in San Diego. SMH! Fan nonsense!

Work? Yeah, my job can offer me additional time at the office for comp time (no pay) and if I don't sign up, I'm not at work? Please. It's not in my contract, it's voluntary, and the circumstances are extenuating in this case.

He's been missing for 2 days now of a 3 day mini-camp.  It may be labeled "voluntary", but when you have a new coach, new position coach and a completely new system, YOU SHOW UP!  PERIOD!

If it was a mandatory camp he wouldve been punished. Regardless of what YOU think he shouldve done, its up to the team. Now like i said, when hes missing Training camp, and games and practices during the season. Then theres a problem. This is not a huge deal.

Whoa brah... you never saw me type that i want him cut. I love Briscoe... and think he could be very productive here BUT if he's letting these skanks interfere with him handling his career, then he is a fool.

It seems like some of the posters don't get The Buccaneer Way.   Accountability right now is what its all about and Briscoe isn't being accountable for missing the first time to practice with his new coach.  BUT every other player that has a contract is there.  How do you not see that Briscoe is easier to let go than Jackson.  Jackson left a huge hole at Safety, where Briscoe allows for the next man up in the WR rotation.
