As crazy as this sounds, if the Bucs could find a dance partner, it sets the team up extremely well for the foreseeable future

By setting them up for the future you mean selling the farm?

What are you using for bait?   The rest of the 2012 draft picks?

\\\"Java, do you understand this a perfect example of why people beg me to suspend or ban you on a daily basis? Are you actually trying to make a point? Seriously what is the reason for even commenting. In fact why do you even bother coming to the boards? What happened to the intelligent poster from years ago?  A real shame. Like the Bucs yesterday, a wasted effort.\\\"

Prob a 2nd in 2012 and a 1 next year would do it

Not even close, the Bucs would be moving up from #36 to probably #10. That's a lot of picks.

Idk about giving up a first.  But if he somehow got in to the late first, so we'd move up about 10 picks or so i'd like that scenario.  That actually crossed my mind earlier.

If Kuechly is the real deal, as a bunch of people believe he is, then you do what you have to to get him.  I was assuming he would go in mid rd 1 but I'll bite on him not getting past #10.  Keep in mind that all holes will not be filled this offseason and that free agency will prob have to be used to upgrade S/CB/LB next year also.  Having said that, trade a 2 this year and a 1 & 3 next for him.  That should do it

If Dominik sells the farm like that, I hope the Glazers Bros fire him on 27 April when he shows up for work.

Pretty certain the Browns won't pass on Richardson at #4. If Kuechly is the Bucs pick it'll be at #5 or trading down a few spots. I don't see Dominik mortgaging future draft picks for a position that isn't quarterback.

Not enough of a difference between him and David to give all that up, in my opinion.

David doesn't inspire anywhere close to as much as Kuechly does.  Kuechly is a sure tackler and hard hitter.  A draft that consists of Trent Richardson and Luke Kuechly would make many Buc fans very happy

This is my dream scenario as well, I would cry for joy if this was to take place.

No thanks, that would suck. Kuechly is NOT worth doing that for.

That scenario drools on itself and wears a bicycle helmet at all times.

Actually the problem isnt that Freeman stinks. He is average. He puts up good numbers just often enough to make you think he is better than he is. Bad and great are convincing. But mediocre makes you live with the delusion for too many years. He is just good enough to waste our time and not good enough to get us where we want to go.
