1st round:  The pick has to be Trent in my mind, if he is gone, I move down my list.
1      Trent Richardson RB Ala
2      Matt Kalil OT USC
3      Kuechly ILB BC
4.     No Mo Claiborne It is too big of a risk to take at 5.  I see the talent, but a learning disability scares me away for pick 5.

2nd Round:  With RB in the 1st, TB goes best value
1.   Courtney Upshaw DE / LB Ala 2 articles today say he will slide to the second, if there take him.
2.   Josh Robinson  CB  UCF
3.   Lavonte David OLB N
4.   Doug Martin RB Boise
5.   Mike Adams OT OSU

3rd Round: CB gets addressed here.
1.   Trumaine Johnson CB Mon
2.   Sean Spence OLB UM
3.   Issiah Pead RB Cincy
4.   LeMicheal James Oregon
5.   Brandon Taylor SS LSU

5TH Round:  Massoquoi becomes the Bucs newest LB.
1.    Jonathan Massoquoi OLB Troy
2.   Tank Carder  ILB TCU
3.   TY Hilton WR FIU
4.   Terrance Ganaway RB Baylor
5.   Phillipe Blake C Baylor

6th Round:  A young OT to push Trueblood hopefully out the door.
1.    Nate Potter  OT  Boise
2.   Audie Cole  ILB NCST
3.    Loryell Judie CB Tx AM

7th Round:  Burfict will drop like a ton of bricks, if not here, we get our new Backup QB to replace JJ.
1.   Vontaze Burfict ILB ASU I
2.   Kellen Moore QB Boise St.
3.   Case Keenum QB UH

Does Lavonte go by Larry? Just curious. (Serious question, I don't follow him)

I thought the same thing when I got to round 2.

I'd go Mo, Martin, Spence, Hilton, Potter, Burfict with your choices.

upshaw is slow, has tight hips and looked awful dropping back into coverage.  He would be depth in bucs's organization behind bowers, clayborne and bennett, i cannot see us taking a DE in the top 4 rounds.

I corrected it.  Hard to write Lavonte and talk to a person named Larry at the same time.

I believe that ALL 3 of these guys are gone by the end of the 5th round.

Claiborne will be a very good corner but not a shut down one, in my view. He has never faced a top receiver in college (neither had guys like Revis though) and he wasn't incredibly dominating. Jenkins probably has more talent but is a nutjob. Claiborne is probably the best CB in the draft but not a slam dunk success. Here would be an option I would like to see the Bucs take.

If you think our linebackers and corners are bad, give this a go.

1, Luke Kuechly (trade back get a 2nd and 4th and maybe something next year)
2a. Doug Martin/David Wilson - Both a type of running back we could use
2b. Lavonte David - Derrick Brooks type of player, great tackler bit undersized
3. Brandon Boykin- Talented Cornerback from a Georgia could be useful.
4. DeMario Davis- Another talented linebacker, very solid, between him and David we could probably get rid of Quincy.
5.DeQuan Menzie Cornerback Miami I think
6. Bobby Rainey
7. Joe Martinek- A full back who runs a 4.43! Ex-Rutgers too so possible.

What do people think?
