A

Really like the Barron pick after the trade down.  I'd give us an A++++ if we had gotten more than a fourth-rounder.

Really LOVE the trade up to get Doug Martin.

im looking forward to seeing some responses to this thread.

i say a solid B.  barrons not the guy i wanted, but he is a great player and fills a need.   having a combo of him and grimm at S will be very strong i think.  definitely be able to stop the run and be adequate in coverage.  some poopoo the trade but it got us the ammo to pull the martin trade.  no one knows whether or not we could have gotten more out of the jags, so its worthless to me to call Dominik names about it.  really like martin...loved richardson but that wasnt happening.  think martin was easily the 2nd best RB in the draft.  others might be 1/10 of a second faster, yet dont believe any have a full complement of RB skills as i think he does.

all in all...best S and 2nd best RB...both positions which needed help.  we still need to improve more positions but Rome wasnt built in a day.

This will actually be intriguing to watch the battle for snaps between Blount and Martin....obviously Schiano is gonna shape this team in his image and that appears to give Martin an edge but we all know Blount won't go down without a fight *rimshots*

The trade down was a real low value trade down. D for that move. The Barron pick was way overdrafted so that's really another D

The Martin trade up was really very little value lost - 25 spots in R4. That's an A. The player there is a solid B.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

I just automatically ignore his grade based on the full-on meltdown he's had this evening....
