The more I read up on these guys, and hear them speak, the more I like them.

This seems to happen every year...I never really endorse one player coming into the draft.  I'd rather sit back and let the people who are smarter than I make the choice.  Once they're picked, I start the research.

Admittedly, I try to be as optimistic as possible about every pick we make.  But I put a lot of stock in interviews and PCs, and how a player carries himself.  I'm a big fan of the soft spoken businessmen, and both Barron and Martin seem to have that demeanor. I'm pumped.

Throw VJax, Nicks, and Wright into the mix, and this has been a VERY exciting offseason. Is it September yet??

Honestly I never saw your post calling him that...but it's the obvious call.

No idea how they didn't call him that when he was with the Crimson Tide....

Great offseason indeed.

With all these new additions, Im most excited about Bloun running behind Nicks followed by Free to Jax.

Go Bucs!

The Red Barron and the Muscle Hamster

I think Hampster has a "p" in it...but I could be wrong.

I was also thinking the same thing about the crimson tide deal last night with the nickname. No idea why I haven't heard it before.

Don't get me wrong, there.

I'm no hampster expert.

Not that there's anything wrong w/ that.

Well, yes, there is something wrong w/ that.

Gruden called him Red Barron the second we drafted him.

It's probably the coolest nickname I've heard in a good while.

So you're not a fan of the "cheetah"?

Pretty cool as well.

It has already stuck.
