Xbox controllers in the Bucs Draft Room?

Can anyone explain why there are a bunch of xbox controllers in the Buccaneers Draft Room?  Do they draft the college players from NCAA Football into Madden and see if they make the Pro-Bowl?

On a serious note, I really would like to know what they are used for.

If I had to guess they have their draft lists uploaded and projected onto the wall. The controllers are used to scroll around quickly.

Those don't have to be hooked into an XBox. They make PC controllers that look just like an XBox contoller. They could be hooked up to the computers in the draft room and just make it easier to rewind video or scroll through various slides or lists. I doubt they are playing MW3 in there...although those big screens would make a kickin co-op mode.

White I do applaud Dom for his fantastic offseason this year.  I have to admit my first thought upon reading this was a sarcastic thought of Okay team X agreed to these terms in a trade on madden 2012.  Call them up and see if they will agree to these terms.  Then I remembered we didn't have Raheem sitting in the war room anymore and we were safe.
