I don't know much about the kid - but he is a combine FREAK for what that's worth.

He was 14th best (among everyone - corners, WRs, backs) in 3 cone, and 10th best overall regardless of position at 20 yard shuttle.

And caught everything, and ran crisp routes. Maybe a real diamond in the rough, hidden away at Northwestern.

 Wow; great extension from fingers to toes to just get to the ball and stay in bounds.

And was a basketball prep star. He looked pretty fast in the highlights and had a couple one handed catches. Looks like a pretty good athlete for a 7th round pick, not to mention setting the receiving yards school record at Northwestern.

yeah i was pretty impressed with that. good speed, some sweet catches. perhaps he isn't a great blocker, that's why he wasnt rated too high?

This guy was on my favorite 50 last year! Haha. I guess he stayed for his senior year....doh. Oh well. Good pick up. Dude is a has been used as a FB and TE. He's a hard nosed tough guy that blocks well, but he also is a freak athlete and has made many clutch catches. I really think he'll make the roster. Might be fighting Lorig for one spot.
