Sad part is....with as crappy as our CB situation is....he has the chance to beat out guys like Biggers and Lewis.

Of course just about every guy has a chance. That said, I don't think Tyler can crack the final roster. He's a pretty average WR who isn't particularly big or fast. I haven't personally witnessed a lot of his performances, but taking a look at his college stats it appears that most of his stats didn't come against the top competition on their schedule. Against the better teams, his numbers were fairly pedestrian.

If he shows up and makes an impression, he might be a PS prospect.

That, and Benn, Jackson, Williams, Parker and Superclown Dez Briscoe and  Stroughter will most likely oust anything trying to crack the lineup anyway.

The Bucs have a really solid stable of wideouts.  I hope Schiano and COmpany can preach their skillset to them, make them cohesive.  Lord knows Freeman targets everyone...so anyone has a chance I suppose.

Oh and Iowa State would go on to win that game in 2OT against #2 OSU.

He did a real good job on Blackmon. A good 3-4 receptions that accumulated 20 odd yards were off quick WR screens. He could make the team as a DB even as a safety as some scouts say. Him and Dennard though will be flagged plenty in the NFL. So will Morris Claiborne not as much as those two b/c he is better off coverage than both by a wide margin. A lot of those corners make contact with receivers 5+ yards down the field. Illegal contact is a weak rule but its a killer because its an automatic first down.

HATE got me hot on his trail.  So I know a little about the guy, and I agree.

I think the reason Shoemaker was taken by the Bucs is because maybe this is a PJ Fleck selection. I bet Fleck sees a lot of his game that he had at NIU in Shoemaker and hopefully can turn Shoemaker into a player that he wishes he could have been at the NFL level.

Just my theory.

I can't seem to find any video on Quenton Washington; there seems to be some interesting remarks by various people about him though.  Looking forward to seeing who else we signed tomorrow; and then, there's still a tryout players thing going on a week from now!

I doubt they would do anything....Remember Brandon Carter and all of his crazy facepaint/ spiky hair? Doubt they did anything to that monster.

They won't because of hazing. I would take Carter's hair over the Rice guy cut anytime that look is horrible.
