Suggs will be available for the 2012 season late in the year, but its not worth rushing him back. I could see the NFL DPOY not rushing back.

Bowers on the other hand, he wants to prove that he isn't injury prone and it could hurt his pride if he doesn't come back. The whole knee issue and now the achilles.

Why do these injuries never happen to the players we hate :(.

The Buccaneers have announced that second-year defensive end Da'Quan Bowers, the team's second-round pick in 2011, has torn his Achilles tendon after participating in offseason activities at One Buccaneer Place. Surgery is being planned for Friday. Achilles tendon injuries typically take 6-12 months to heal, and that means Bowers' 2012 season is probably over before it began.
