Any national writer who tries to evaluate the talent on this team based on how the preformed under Raheem loses all credibility with me.
Why does he have to drag anyone when the object of the game is to avoid opponents - and I hope Martin does a lot of that. The 2011 season for me isn't about Blounts' runs against the Packers, but his fumble early in games where the opponents capitalized to take big leads.
You were simply too smart for me.

I want to see Martin drag 7 guys from the Superbowl winning Packers 35 yards down the field for a TD. I would also love to see him jump over a Pro-Bowl Safety and flat out maul elite NFL LBs.Until then, Blount has all my support.
Buccaneers RB LeGarrette Blount is delusional RSS By Gregg Rosenthal NFL.comAround The League editorPublished: May 15, 2012 at 08:12 p.m. LeGarrette Blount went into the draft hoping that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn't select Trent Richardson. The good news for Blount is that the team never got a chance to take Richardson. The bad news is they got back into the end of the first round to select Doug Martin out of Boise State. Everyone around the Bucs expects Martin to start right away. Unlike Blount, he's a complete back that can play all three downs. Just don't tell Blount that. He says he's the No. 1 guy "until they take it away." "I had the idea they were going to draft another guy," Blount said via the St. Petersburg Times, noting he's lost 5-10 pounds. "I've been showing I can be an every-down back ... them drafting a running back might be what I needed to become an every-down back.'' Consider us skeptical. If Blount needed competition to get motivated, that doesn't bode well for him. Martin's skill set is more diverse. If nothing else, it's a good problem for the Bucs to have.
The only fact we know is Olsen and Raheem didn't give him a chance in a game to prove he could pass catch or block. And judging by the rest of their decisions I see no reason to trust their judgement. But hey if you wanna take Olsens judgement have fun In that boat alone.
