Spoiler, Question:
What changed Mike's mind about Walt's offer? Was it the hit? or the squeeze from the feds? Maybe I missed something?

The feds took his nest egg for his granddaughter.  That is in my opinion what mostly changed his mind.   But I think he also wanted an excuse not to kill Lydia. And who is that woman anyways ?  Just an associate of Gus?

I anticipate that Lydia may be more than just a former business partner of Fring. She is at least that. I believe in an earlier episode, which featured Gus and Walt having dinner together at Gus' home, he mentioned in his preparation of a meal that "kids won't eat it" implying he has a child or many. Perhaps Lydia was closer to Gus than we think? (Crazy possible twist)

Honestly, I have no idea. Just speculation.

Lydia is an executive at Madrigal. She was sitting at the meeting of the DEA and Madrigal. Beyond being in the criminal conspiracy with Fring.. not sure. As for Mike, his nest egg for his daughter is gone. I find it ironic that Walter's plan led to even more issues for everybody. . Either way it was poorly conceived idea to keep bank numbers in his house, behind a photo. Sure it's a plot device to drive the story but Fring is better than that

So the DEA did take the money awarded to Mike's daughter? I thought they threatened to do so, I wasn't sure if they actually took action. If so, this makes since.

Oh yeah.  They seized the drug money.

What Hank and Gomey referenced at the end of their convo with Mike was that he might have not have criminal charges pressed against him because he hasn't touched the money, unlike some of his partners.

For whatever reason AMC refuses to have make high quality BB t-shirts available. So you have to get them from places like that. Not that those other sites don't sell quality shirts (I don't know either way) but you would think AMC would  get in on the action.

Ya they seized the money but since he had never touched it, they obviously cant show his knowledge or complicity of the funds and the criminal enterprise that they come from.
