Also, the Insurance Companies won't have a say in the matter. They won't be able to say no because it will be an existing condition.

If Obama tries to change this, which he won't because it was one of things he demanded be in it, he would get literally lynched by his supporters.

Social security and medicare are nothing like they were originally intended. This new program, too, will metamorphose as these incompetent politicians put their "mitts" all over the program.

I really doubt Obama would block it due to his own mother dying of cancer when the insurance company wouldn't cover her because of it being a pre-existing condition.
One could make jokes or comments about it but the lady just died and she had family so lets be respectful and leave it be. It's also got nothing to do with the subject matter.
