What's Penn's attitude like? Has he been active and present at meetings? There's a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes that we'll never see. The players released may have done more than simply failed one conditioning test.

   After today, I don't think there's any question as to who's running the show. We've been looking for a leader; he's in the building and leading!

All he has done is get rid of a couple of guys. I won't root against Schiano... but I won't give him any leeway.

   I'm sure we have a contingency plan if Penn doesn't have it together.... I got the impression in an interview Schiano didn't quite believe him when informed of Penn's calf issue. Once here and checked out by our trainer, then he did.
   Penn is well known to avoid TC. I'm betting Penn is under the microscope...

Put the hammer down on the players who need it.   Like Blount, Talib, Barron, and Foster.    Not a good guy like Price.

He hasn't done anything to give me a reason to root for the guy personally. He drafted a safety that shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as Eric Berry in the top 10.
