Sunday Ticket through PS3

I was wondering if anyone uses the ps3 to watch sunday Ticket? Any draws backs? How well does it work?  I just had my roof done and would like to not put that ugly dish back up.

I purchased it last weekend

Its a one time payment of 299.  Apprently you could do it in installments last year

Other than that I was really happy with it.  I enjoy the setup and its cheaper for me to stay at home and watch and be comfortable

hoods... How does is the picture? Is it notchy?

Eh its not too shabby.  Its def not as good as HD quality on the HD channels but its good.  I do notice that it glitches here and there between feeds...but you cant beat 20 bucks a game...When I move back to the city I would easily spend 40$ at the bar just to watch the game so it works for me.

I recommend it.  And again, the layout is pretty cool...although it can take 5 seconds to transfer between games...and sometimes the games will pause but pick right up without missing any action.

I got it last year and it didn't function at all for the first few weeks and then it got better around week 8.  Sony refunded me for the first 3 weeks.  It should be good to go now since they got it running pretty good by the end of the year.

The ps3 sunday ticket is not cheaper than dtv but you dont need dtv satellite service to enjoy sunday ticket on ps3.
Its a worthy trade off if you're not in a good signal location.

Ive used my Iphone in the past very notchy stream but in a bind it a great solution.

 I used my Ps3 for the first time Sunday. Overall it wasn't bad it seems as some views to come in Hidef. otherwise fairly smooth and I don't have to put that ugly dish on my house.

Ended up being used on Sunday early afternoon when I was still out on the boat. Cant see the screen for shlt in the sun though, and while I was playing with it I almost lost the redfish I hooked
